Mavis Simpson-Ernst (they/she) is a twenty-year-old actor, model, and musician based in New York City. Mavis has been performing since the age of eight, making her Broadway debut at age nine in EVITA. Some of her notable credits include: The Americans on FX, Broad City on Comedy Central, POWER on Starz, the national tour of Les Misérables, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown at the York Theatre, and various feature films including the recent film Yes starring Modern Family’s Nolan Gould.

In addition to acting, Mavis does voiceover, commercial, and modeling work. 

Currently, Mavis is pursuing a BA in English at Columbia University and is the bassist and vocalist of the band The Come-Latelys. Mavis’s past music projects include her work as the bassist and lead vocalist of the band Big Pity.
